I’ve been coming here since my dog was a puppy. The staff are always incredibly responsive and pleasant. I’ve seen several of the vets on staff and each one has been a great experience. I feel like my dog has the absolute best care in the city! They make me feel like my dog is going to be cared for and loved throughout all medical services.

I take my dog to this vet and I received excellent service the previous visits. However, my last visit to just get his vaccines ended up costing me double what I was expecting. I felt like the vet was trying to upsell me with EVERYTHING even when I had already expressed my budget concerns. She wouldn’t tell me the price on things and it got really frustrating. She was trying to sell me a new vaccine that isn’t even common in Calgary and kept pushing. I suggest asking about people’s lifestyles first and if the client has already expresses concerns about budget - be mindful of that and explain the costs.
